Helps You Monitor and Maintain Repeatability, G7 Compliance
Keep your make-ready times short , your print condition repeatable , and maintain your G7 compliance with
Ron Ellis Consulting LLC's new E-PressControl Service Plan
Maintain a Profitable and Efficient Print Condition
Being able to maintain a press
calibration is as important as the initial calibration procedure
itself. Today's successful printers are able to consistently print with
great repeatability. A key part of this is the ability to measure
color, understand what these measurements mean, and use this
information to correct and improve your daily production. While most
printers understand the need to monitor and correct print conditions,
many lack the discipline and manpower to adequately monitor and correct
these print conditions. Our new and affordable annual subscription
service E-PressControl, provides you with continuous monitoring of your
print conditions, along with both on-site and remote time for checkups
and corrections as needed.
How it Works:
The program starts with an initial
calibration to ensure an excellent proof to press match. Once the proof
to press match is established print metrics are captured and recorded
for reference. You then periodically place control strips on live
work and send them to Ron Ellis Consulting LLC. We read the strips,
compare them to your reference print condition. When we notice that
your print condition is changing we will contact you and arrange to
help you correct the print condition, as well as your return to quick
make-readies and profitability.
For more information on why monitoring and correcting your print condition is important see our article on it at: http://www.freeprocesscontrol.com/G7man.html
Now there is no reason to let your make-readies, time on job, and waste increase.
